Hi, I just wanted to post my experience on entering to usa.I filed I485 & i have ap & a valid h1 until 09,2003. My wife is working with EAD. I entered usa with h1 & my wife with ap, the immigration officer did not ask me any questions & stamped my i94, but for my wife, she(immigration officer) asked why my wife is using ap, i said since she used her EAD, then the IO said my wife has to go for secondary inspection & after 10 min, an officer called us & gave us stamped AP & said welcome to USA. Thats it.
