experience on EA assembling

Can any one tell me what is the standard way to assemble all the documents submitted to INS? The whole thing for my EA petition has several hundred pages. So, I figured it should be somehow bound together. Also, I plan to use tab to indicate the starting point of each exhibit. Does anyone has experience about where the tab should be attached (side, top, or bottom)?

Thanks,

I perceive the binding part is one of the most important thing that petitioners need to pay attention since it is the first impression to the BCIS officer. You need to use two whole puncher to punch two holes at the top then bind it. If you need to label, label them at the bottom. This is specifically written in INS web site if you want to file bulky document. Correct binding will make BCIS officer's life much easier. Good first impression may lead to positive result of your case. Hope this helps.

I am also in the stage of binding my petition. I am planning to drill two holes at the top and use pins. Somebody told me that it is not a good idea to do binding. Just use pins. Tab should be attached at the bottom.
