I called the 800 number yesterday afternoon, and did the 1-2-6-0 trick. After asking name, address, case number, zip code and some questions, the lady told me that their system was down and would not let her checking further information about my case. She politely asked me to call back again the next day. I hung up the phone and called immediately back. A different person answered the phone and asked the same questions, amazingly, she told me the same system failure junk again. This time I asked to speak with an IIO. She said she could not transfer my call. I requested again, and she said sorry. I hang up the phone, while she was still talking. I called back again, and this time a gentleman answered the phone. When I finally got a chance to ask him to transfer me to an IIO, he said OK. Finally I talked with an IIO, and she said my background checking results were not received yet.
