Experience Letters?

My LC has been approved so I can now proceed to filing I 140. The immigration attorney said she does not need anything from me in order to file, just the info on my current employer (the petitioner). However, I read on this forum that many of you submitted experience letters in order to prove your qualifications when filing I 140s. Is it an INS requirement to submit the experience letters? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I am also in the same boat. My attorney also hasn't asked for anything except these :

1) SSN
2) Current I-94
3) All H1
4) Passport copies
5) Permanent address abroad
6) Spouse/child's details.

No mention of any experience letters. And I see that a lot of people have had RFE's for experience letters.

It all depends on what the PERM requirements are. If your PERMs require any experience from you and this experience was listed on the PERM, yes, you have to provide experience letters. To be on the safe side, look at the PERM approval original yourself, and see if that is true. It experience is required, then yes do submit it. Good luck!
