Hi all,
Does any body has any information on how important it is to have the matching experience letters for I-140 as mentioned in ETA-750A during labor certification.
I got my labor approved but the job duties mentioned on my labor is quite different from what is mentioned in my previous experience letters. This is because I have actually shifted to CRM from networking....so my labor says SAP/CRM while my previous experience letter says protcols/networking...
Since its my own labor and not a labor substitution so everything else matches..(degree/ number of years of experience)...
I'm just wondering whether my I-140 will get approved or not....
