experience letter with different desination

1.I have a question regarding experience letter.
My previous employer is willing to send me experience
certificate mentioning all the required skillsets.

However my desination stated in the experience letter
is I.T. Analyst where in the LC the name of the job
mentioned is Software Engineer.

Is it ok if I apply with the IT analyst experience
certificate.Do you think I will have any RFEs??

2. Also would I be able to apply for I-485 when the quota number is available hopefully in October. While the I-140 is pending Or OR if i apply I140 at this time ,I 'll have to wait till I 140 approve and can only file 485 when I140 is approved .
Does AP, EAD get affected?

Or I should wait till october to file concurrently ?

You can file I-485 while I-140 is pending, as long as your PD is current (technically it's concurrent but people call it semi-concurrent). Send your 485 applicaiton with the receipt notice of the 140. I don't think your AP and EAD get affected.
