I have a question regarding experience letter.
My previous employer is willing to send me experience
certificate mentioning all the required skillsets.

However my desination stated in the experience letter
is I.T. Analyst where in the LC the name of the job
mentioned is Software Engineer.

Is it ok if I apply with the IT analyst experience
certificate.Do you think I will have any RFEs??

Gurus Pls response

Till the time you have the exp letter it should be fine. The designation should not matter. The exp letter should speak about your duties & the tools, etc used which have been mentioned in your labor app.

So don't worry,you are fine

Thanks

Thanks for response, one more question.

I'm in process of applying I140 in EB2(India). My PD is Dec 2001. I can't apply for I485 as the visa number are not available
currently. Can I apply 485 when the dates are current even if I140 is not approved at that time.

Or I should wait till october to file concurrently ?As hopefully Visa number will be available in October.

You can not apply for I-485 as EB-2 India is unavailable.
So you have to wait hopefully till October 2006 to file for I-485.

However you can file I-140 rightaway and file I-485 later. This is acceptable.

Thank you very much,So that means I can apply 485 as soon as Visa no. available, even if 140 is not approved.
Is that makes my application concurrent later?

It is concurrent.
