Hi, All,
Please help me and give me your suggestions.
I just obtained LC through PERM. Now I am preparing experinece letter for I-140. My LC is based on my work experience in a large US company. I have got a letter from a coworker, but that letter does not have company heading. The company has a policy that such letter with company heading should be provided with HR and they do not include any job description. It looks like I can not get experience with both company heading and job description.
I wish to know:
1) Should the experience letter have company title?
2) Is it OK for me to decide not to use the approved LC and start a new one? Will I get trouble? My experiences will keep the same in both LC applications.
3) If I decide not to submit I-140 and not apply LC any more, will this case effect my later application by joining with spouse?
Please give your advise and thank you very much for your help!
