experience letter issue, please help

My PERM approved last month and now my attorney is ready to file my I-140
The problem is, she asked me to provide an experience letter.
On my PERM's ads, it only require Master degree + xxx (software's name) + yyy(another software), it did not mention any "X"years .

Is the experience letter require even the ads of the PERM did not mention any length of working experience? BTW, I dont have any related working experience at all before I get in the firm I work now.

You need proof that you have the skill, i.e. you know how to use the xxx and yyy software. That is what the experience letter is about.

So even my EB2 comes with master + 0 year experience.
I still need experience letter to show I have the ability to use those software?
But if I have those software training in school and all my transcripts shows that, do I still need experience letter?
 
That I don't know. You should ask your lawyer. She should provide you with a template for the experience letter anyway.
