Experience letter from previous employer. Expert advice, JIM please answer.

Hello,

I worked for my previous employer for one year. Then switched to new employer. And iam requesting experience letter from them. They are not giving because i left them. Even i called the client where i was working, They say they can\'t give because i was consultant. But i need experience letter for LC. How do i do ?. Please give suggestions.

Freinds who worked with you at that company

Coworkers can provide affidavits if the employer refuses. You really don\'t need this until the I-140 but it\'s a good idea to get them now so they can be submitted with the I-140 application.
