Can some one please respond ASAP. my lawyer says its required from school. but the school is not willing to give since its the experience gained at work.

Buddy....

I got one solid reco letter from my prof at the university. The catch though is that I had done my thesis under him, so he was in good terms with me. Why would'nt he when I spent my precious three years with him while everybody else was earning a lot of money and getting their GCs done...lesson learned...anyway...the point is if you have some prof who can recommend you highly (not hardly :))and writes one long letter...it is good enough.

If you have'nt done any thesis then you would have to find a prof who knows you very well. Generally if you have graduated from a dept, HOD will write one for you.

INS people love letters from Profs believe me it will be useful to you in the long run where ever you go.

--Good Luck :)

but should University issue letter for Intership?

Thank you rest 2004. but should this experience letter be given by the university or by the employer. The problem is the HOD is not willing to give any letter inspite of producing evidence from the current employer about my Internship work. I did not do any thesis since we have a comprehensive exam. My lawyer says that if the letter is not produced from the university i might have complications at later stages. Is this true? would this really be a problem later.
