Experience Letter Content - Urgent!

I have joined a employer last month, who has recently placed advertisements in papers to start my labor/gc process.

The ad mentions certain technology which I am using in my current job, but I had not worked on that specific technology in my prior jobs, and hence cannot get that technology specified in the experience letters from my previous employers. Ofcourse, the experience letter from my current employer will mention that I have experience in that particular technology, but then I have been here for only a month.

Is that going to be a problem? Though the ad mentions that specific technology, it does not really say that the candidates should have x years of experience in that.

Thanks for your help.

Ram.

Experience gained at your GC sponsoring employer CANNOT be used to fulfil Labor certification requirements. If your GC job ad requires a skill that you don't have, your LC will likely be rejected.

Is that technology one out of 10-15 listed OR?

You know what I mean. Please update the thread.

OK I guess I have to get the ads placed again without that specific technology mentioned.

I have a follow-up question related to this... My H1 application with this company had mentioned those technologies, and is now approved, and I am on that H1. Should the job description for my LC application and the things in the ad, be exactly the same as what was there in my H1 application? Also, should the job title on the H1 be the same as that on the LC and ad? If possible, I would want the LC and the ad to use a different (but related) title.

As I understand the experience letters are not checked for the LC and its needed only for 140/485. At the time that they are going to go through the experience letters, are they going to make sure that each and every thing thats there in the new employment (and in the ad) matches with a prior experience in one of my previous jobs? In other words, should I be making sure that each thing mentioned in the ad is covered by the experience letters?

Thank You, Ram.
