Experience in India

Totally i have 11 years of IT experience. I did Masters in US, After MS i have 2 years of experience in Insia. Right now im in US now.I have all experience eletters except for first two years in India. Do i really need them to apply for green card processing. If i dont have W2 for couple of years before MS (in US) will it affect green card procesing,will a query be generated?

Please advice me gurus
