Experience in Chicago with AP

My wife arrived into Chicago with her Advance Parole and did not have to go into Secondary inspection. She stood in the non-tourist line and was only asked to give one copy of the original AP. The officer stamped the "paroled til..." stamp and she was let through. It was fast and utterly painless. I thought I should share this with youll.

Hi there,

Could you plese tell me how long she stayed out of U.S. I have been out of U.S. for about 2 and half months and coming back on AP. Would there be a chance for secondary inspection.

Thanks,
Sam

You can come back anytime before your AP expires. Expect to go for the 2ndary inspection. It's more of a formality I think. Do not worry about that unless you were out of status sometimes. Good luck
