If i apply for EB2 i.,e BS + 5 years experience, They ask for only US Experience of (5 years) or i can show India + US experience also.

US / Foreign experience

Experience can be from any country.

Nothing in the Green Card process requires that the experience/education be US specific although that might help.

Any experience mentioned on the LC should be gained after acquiring the relevant qualification mentioned on the LC. ( If the LC asks for BS and 5 years experience then only post BS experience would count ).

Also the experience has to be relevant for the Position that is being offered as per the LC. ( ie; you normally would not be able to show a marketing experience for a technical position ).

Thanks guys . By the way how important that W2 plays in I-140/485 stage, Infact i was out of job for couple of months during 2001 and that year W2 doesn't have much income
