I am US H1B Holder and I want to apply for Candaian PR.
I have a total of 8 YEARS expereice. I have worked 2 big Indian companies. I worked with a big Indian company and came to US on their petetion/H1b. After 3 YEARS staying with them , I quit that company and joined another company.
Since this Indian company does not allow its employees to quit in US(we need to go back to India and resign there after 6 months of going back), I was not given a releiving letter or experience certificate. They are asking 10,000 usd for giving my expereince letter.
I cannot afford to give 10,000 usd right now.
Will this become an issue while applying for Canadian PR?. I have read the canadian PR documents , they say it is required to provide the experience letters from the previuos workplaces.
Pls help me out.
