Experience at client (who is current employer) counts for EB2?

Dear group,

Here is my scenario:

Educational Background:
B.Tech in C.S.
M.S in C.S.
3 Professional certifications related to the job I am currently in.

Exp:
I have started as a consultant at a client location. After consulting for 15 months they offered me a fulltime position. I have been working at the client as a fulltime employ for past 11 months.

I have a past experience at my school as a student worker / teaching assistant.

1> How can I qualify for applying in EB2 category?

2> Can the experience at the client ( when I was consulting) and after converting into fulltime ,be considered/used for EB2 eligibility.

3> I have received 3 certifications of which I completed 2 before starting as a consultant at the client. Can the 3rd certification be considered for EB2 (which I recieved when I was a consultant at this place).


Please advice.

Will I be eligible for EB2?

Does EB2 / EB3 require that one should have atleast some experience before applying for greencard?
