experience and skills

My prevailing wage request doesn't specify any experience and skills. Instead, in the job duty, it specifies what skills and knowledge is needed. Will it cause problems when conducting interview? Since we cannot deny an application because of lack experience, based on my lawyer. My major is electrical engineering and requires Master degree. Can someone tells me whether I will have some problem not able to find good reason to deny applications based on the requirement of MS in electrical engineering? Thanks a lot.

I guess

Forget the damn p.w...PERM is supposed to support business necessity. Infact when you place an ad you specify what skills are needed, during the interview your comp should question...the person on those issues. It is your company in business and they need certain professionals to make profit...it is not a social service company....Just because somebody has the degree does not make him qualified for that post...do you know what I mean???

You perform the interview and get what you want...
