Experiance letter wording question.

Hello guru's,

Just got the Labor certified so am very new to the 140 thread.

I have all the experience letters from my previous employers. The skill set mentioned in the experience letters match all of the skill set as mentioned in the Labor, except for one. There is no mention of this one skill in the experience letters...

Now the question is how lenient would they be while approving the 140, or in other words how big of a risk it is to go ahead and file for 140 without having this one skill mentioned in the prior employment experience letters.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Any thoughts on this anyone. Am sure, there are many people who have filed their 140 and had to face this situation. Please if anyone can share their thought, I would greatly appreciate that.

Thanks,

According to my opinion, it should not matter. I myself have several experience letters from my previous employers with skill set somewhat similar but NOT identical. It is not uncommon not to use the very same skills in each job/project.
