Experiance Certificate issues while applying I140

My Attorney inorder to fit my work experiance and wage with the job opportunity asked me to change previous Job designation say for example PROJECT MANAGER TO PROJECT LEADER .But in my current H1B my previous work experiance mentioned as PROJECT MANAGER.

Will this cause any serious issues while applying for I140/480.
