My Mum is very ill and I'd like to visit her ASAP (not in COP). I'm trying to get a CERTIFICATE OF MEDICAL ILLNESS from her Doctor. I'm just wondering if severe hypertension with toxicity due to long term use of medication could qualify for me and my husband to get expedited RTDs.She's not hospitalized but sees the Dr every other day .
The Dr has decided to put her off meds till the toxicity subsides and then he'd try something else. So this could take a while.
She's really not well- not eating , vomiting and needs constant attention.
Do you think this could work or they mostly look for hospitalized patients?
