If I want to travel one week after the oath, will the passport agency be able to get me a passport within such a short time? Their web site says, agency can be used if within 2 week travel proof is presented, or it means that it takes 2 weeks to process? What are your experiences?

Passport agencies issue passports in 1-3 business days - that is exactly what they are for. In many cases you receive the passport the same day you apply (e.g. I got mine in Chicago several hours after applying). The 2 weeks provision is to make people with no need for urgent travel go through the regular passport application process rather than use the passport agencies.
You can call and schedule an appointment before the naturalization oath - but the date of the appointment itself has to be after the oath.
