How do i request for expedited judicial oath ceremony ? Is there a specific form to be filled to request for expedited judicial oath ceremony ?

You might want to contact the US District Court for where you live to see when the next scheduled judicial oath is and how often they do them? However, scheduling of applicants to appear in front of the US District Court to take the oath is done by USCIS.

Thanks. It seems US District court that serves the county i live has the next judicial oath ceremony on Feb 21st. Now have to figure out how to get uscis to consider expedited judicial oath ceremony.

have you opted in for a name change? if so, do you know if it can be taken out because I have and I really dont want to wait another 3 months.
