Expedited I-130

My wife and 2+year old son are US citizen. My I-130 was filed a week ago. Is there any provision or category that could help expedite I-130 processed, considering my child's medical situation. He was born in Canada with complications, been through 2 surgeries. His medical reports clearly shows that he needs special care and monitoring which is very difficult for one person to take care. My wife works and takes care of our son too. He has to be monitored every 3 hours during a day. What are the chances for me to join them even as a visitor to support in child care. Mind that K-3 is not the option as we were married in Canada and I am now back to Pakistan. K-3 has to be applied from the country where marriage was held.
Also Form G-325A one for petitioner and one set for relative. Who signs the Relative's G-325A? Petitioner or Relative? ? ? The outlined box in the bottom requires Applicants name and A number, which makes me assume that both Petitioner's and Relative's G-325A's are signed by Petitioner. Am I correct?

Expedite requests for these I-130s will be considered based upon the normal expedite criteria listed below:

1.Severe financial loss to company or individual.
2.Extreme emergent situation.
3.Humanitarian situation.
4.Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States.
5.Department of Defense or National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government.)
6.USCIS error.
7.Compelling interest of USCIS.
