Expedited FP Appointment

Attorney told me yesterday that INS officer called him and said that since my 1st FP had expired, he could not approve my I-485. So the officer told my attorney to make an expedited appointment for the FP. The attorney made an appointment for today and I am just done the FP today. (code 1).
However , my online status did not change. That is strange. Any one has same experience.

Can you please tell me how you did that. My FP has expired too. I never got the notice to give FP. My nd 8/26/2002.Can the lawyer call FP support office and take an appointment?

I really don't know.
all I know is that INS officer called lawer first. I think he also told my lawer how to setup the FP.

Since the appointent due next morning. my lawer get the fax only.
I hold the fax to FP. The strange thing is, when I got to ASC, they also has the fax copy.
