Expedite Service Request on AP

I filed a renewal AP in May. Now almost 4 months passed, I have not received the approval. I fax an "Expedite Request" last Friday to NSC.
Anybody know how soon I can hear anything from NSC regarding this request (they accept the reuqest or don't accept)? Will they contact me by mail for their decision on the request?

No, they didn't. I called USCIS and IO sent a Service Request on my AP.
