Expedite request help

If I send Expedite request on my case by fax then within how many days I will know that they accept my expedite request or not ?

Is is possible I can send my expedite request my fedex instead of FAX?

How do they reply ? by email , fax or mail.

If they accept then
Normally how many days it take to get approved 485 ?

Please help me...

Best bet is fax

Your best bet is to fax the expedite request. An IIO officer told me that they normally respond to expedite requests within 24 hours but I would say that we should expect a response within a week. I sent couple of expedite requests thru my attorney and we received fax responses within a couple of days. Hope this helps.

You could always send this via fedex but my guess is that it would take longer before it reaches an IIO. Regarding your other question about approval.. there is no guarantee on the timeline.. My 485 got approved within a week after the second expedite request. But the general guideline is that we might hear from them in 60-90 days..
