Expedite (question)

My i-485, which is based on approved i-360, is pending at CSC. Due to the pending 9/30 religious worker deadline, BCIS ordered all regional centers to expedite cases of this nature.

I faxed my WAC # and A #to the CSC about 2 weeks ago. Of course, I haven't heard anything since.

Is there a way to speak to someone directly at CSC?

The National Call Center hasn't been very helpful.

I want to make sure that my case doesn't fall between the cracks.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

EXPEDITE -- IT'S STILL A DREAM

Thank you for your response.

I asked my attorney if I should contact the congressional liason office?

The attorney stated that this is an opiton BUT it may complicate matters. "If the congressional unit at the CSC takes your case off the shelf it will be moved to someone's desk (in some other building). Hence, it may take recious time to locate the file."

Here's another question: Is it possible to speak with CSC to find out where the file is right now? I.e. has it been assigned to an officer?

Thanks

What happend after that ?
Did you or your attorney contact Congressman or the USCIS ?
or just waiting for your approval ?

Kashmir,

CSC flaged all these cases. I didn't contact the congressional office -- just waited.

They said there are 600 of these cases. So, Religious workers are obviously not the reason why other I-485s are not being processed. It's just a drop in the bucket.

I dont' understand why everything came to a grinding halt last year.

Hang in there.

Totally I agree on this.
The CSC should explain the real cause and announce the specific plan to solve it.

Anyway, it is great hearing you got approved, and enjoy your freedom.
