Any body have experince with expedite request?


- Previously they used to send a letter of denial in a few weeks, now they don't?
 
I recd a deinal letter from VSC saying that they cannot expedite my case as it is not an urgent case.
 
They are still sending the letter. I am not sure if i answered your question.
It's not worth trying if your dates are not within the dates VSC is processing.

Provided, your FBI name check and your 2nd FP's are current you could expect something.
 
my request was send by employer (Govt Agency) on April 29 th and some one( I guess Mulan) had sent a request after that which was denied by fax.
I have not recived any thing. On their website they say if no response in 72 hours consider denied?

Alos called about name and back ground 2 days in a row, was told cleared 1 st time and second time called to see if RFE was issued stated check were not complete. Spouse call 3 rd time stated were complete.
Has any one had such an exprience?
