Yesterday, my government contract monitor has received reply FAX from USCIS TSC. These guys sent expedite processing request to TSC on March 3rd.
The fax is dated March 19th
and says in handwriting over the standard form "Expedite review denied, FBI Name Check pending".
Just to let you guys know on how fast USCIS is replying and that expedite request will not have any influence on long-pending namecheck.
