Expedite New H1

Hi Gurus,
Does anyone know that If some one can file his NEW H1B visa as expedite Catagory and get result within 2 weeks.

Yes,
New H1B's can be filed under premium processing. Have to pay $1000 extra and BCIS processes the application in 2 weeks time.
Most people get their H1 in 10 days.
