I have posted earlier about wrong dates on my EAD card. I had applied for renewal of EAD card but USCIS sent me replacement card. I have sent them the card back but worried that they may not proceed in timely manner.
Called Customer service, and was told that I will be issued a new receipt # and it may take 90 days to process the EAD card. The problem is I don't have 90 days to wait for the EAD card processing.
Can I get USCIS to expedite my EAD processing, especially it was USCIS mess-up? They sent me a replacement EAD card instead of renewed card.
I am very worried. In an event, if I donot receive my EAD card in timely manner, what are my options?
