expedite Advance Parole help

I applied for my gc at the chicago lockbox and sent all applications together including the 131 with the note expedite on the form and the supporting documentation for expedite.

got the NO1 in mail on Jan 11 2014. I called the 800 number and did expedite request for 131 via phone on Jan 13 2014. I am due to travel out the country for my cultural wedding on Feb 8 2014. and requested expedited request on financial lost basis.

Below is the email notification we got today not sure what does this mean. Do they need more information or they saying i dont qualify? Should I make an info pass appointment instead and take my supporting docs?

Due to the high volume of expedite requests for this case type, we are strictly enforcing the criteria that has been set for these expedite requests. While your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need.""

They're saying you don't qualify for expediting based on the information and evidence you provided.

You mentioned in another thread that you have a valid L1 visa. So as long as you keep the L1 valid by staying in the job, you don't even need Advance Parole to exit and reenter the US. That fact might have been a consideration in their decision to deny your expedite request.
