expediate Advance payroll

Hai,

I applied for a.p in vermont service center.
N.D :nov18
I did not recieve any reciept notice.
I called 1800... number and they told that i can recieve the receipt number by requesting encashed money order receipt from usps.
unfortunately the reciept number is not clear.
I submitted an enquiry by calling vermont service center 1800... number .
They r not able to track it till now.
we moved to a different place in dec.
I submitted for change of address also.
Now i wanted to expediate my a.p because of medical emergency.
I want to know the procedure.
If any one have simular experience please help.

I have tried expediate with no success so far.

May i know the list of documents/proof of emergency situation u sent.Is your a.p approved .

So far, I haven't got it. I didn't include documents, just stated in the letter.

... I did send a fax to VSC for the same on this friday Apr 17, 2004. So far I've not heard any thing from them.
