Exhibits- how to include copy righted material ?

I am preparing my EB2-NIW. I want to submit some documents (available on the web), but I read these lines at the bottom of the document: "All rights reserved. This document, or parts thereof, may not be reproduced in any form without written permission of the ....". How do you get around this copy right problems when you submit evidences ?. Any inputs appreciated.
