I feel that I have exhausted all options, is there any other still left?

I have contacted through two senators, one congressman, raised inquiry through USICS' NCSC, sent fax to TSC, sent a letter to USCIS director, followed up through attorney.

What other option is left? I want to make sure that I have done everyting that is allowed by law. Please let me know and I will try it out.

Sack your current lawyer and find another influential one. Maybe talk to Mr. Khanna's office directly!!

I think it's a good idea.

Have you tried getting a reporter from a major newspaper to write a story about your case?

longGC,
My sympathy to you.

LongGc,

I am sorry that your case is stil not approved. But, you haven't written the complete details of your case such as when did you do your FP, whether you got any RFE, have you changed jobs etc.. Because, anyone who looks at your dates ( ND, RD) would think that your case would have been approved long back going by the published dates of TSC processing times. So, give more details and hopefully you wil get some advise from this forum. Merely giving RD, ND wouldn't help.

My best wishes to you! Hope your get approval soon.

Kamal

LongGc, I will expand on what ADDTX, what is your opinion
abt your attorney?
have you discussed with other good attorneys in your region ?
are you in houston ?

Or Have you got Rajeev Khanna's attention to your case?

Since you already have an attorney, it will be difficult for other attorneys to help you because of ethics etc..

for guys like kamal,tsc_oct02 who are unfamiliar with Longgc's plight, his 485 was denied because his 140 was revoked.
He has since filed for MOTR. This all happened before Aug 03.

Thanks, but all I need is a method of "triggering" TSC more than the words of sympathy.

Actually, I do not have an attorney. I just used the local experts in this city. I had contacted Mr. Rajiv Khanna last year. He had asked me to sue TSC but I waited until my grounds are strong.

After denial of I-485 in June, the Aug 03 memo gave strength to my case. Meanwhile, I have changed three jobs but did not inform TSC. People have different opinion of AC21 like," tell only that is asked and do not confuse more".

Later, I waited for RD dates to cross May 01 and initiated all activiites with full steam.

I have updated my profile at the bottom to reflect FP, I-140 and other cases.

PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND A WAY OUT.
