I am applying my h1B. In the I129w form, it says that you are exempt h1b non-immgrant if either your salary is more than $60,000 or you have a mater or phd.
What does exempt h1b non-immigrant means?
Is there any negative influence if you are in the exempt h1b status?

No, it means that the employer does not have to make certain attestations. It has nothing to do with you.

Nondisplacement of US workers is a big one. They are requirments for H-1 dependant companys (those with a high percentage of their employees on H-1 visas) and "willful violators".
