Here's my time table but I don't know definitions and that stuff, maybe someone can help me where I can find definition to abreviations. Anyway's my husband and I married 07/20/2006 a year ago tomorrow. Well we finally decided of working w/a lawyer to try to get this situation resolved so yesterday we finally signed E130 for petition. He Entered without inspection 08/25/1992 so heres my question....................How long does it take for I30's to be approved, do you think it's going to change w/alot of people sending in their petitions due to fee increase??.........anyone have an idea??
