Hello,
How precise do you have to be when reporting move in and out dates for the residence section in Part 6.A of form N-400? I have few questions here please:
1) is is acceptable if the month and year are correct but the day is just an estimate?
2) If the day is just an estimate, should you mention that underneath it in the same table or attched a separate sheet explaining?
3) Page 3 of N-400 instructions document insruct to only use month and year for move in and out dates. But N-400 form itself calls for mm/dd/yyyy in part 6A. Which date format should we use here?
4) Finally, does USCIS cross check these dates with past AR-11 change of address card we filed with CIS when we changed addresses in the past?
sorry for the many question, would really appreciate your help!
