I got my H1B Approved with E-V-V-C model. My employer submitted the MSA & SOW between all the companies while filing my H1B.
But after my H1B is Approved I eliminated one of the vendors and am in E-V-C model. Do I have to file and H1B ammendment because of the change?
I am planning to go for stamping next month and will carry the new contract agreements based on the E-V-C model. So my confusion is
Since the contracts filed as part of my H1B application doesnt match the new contracts that I will be carrying. Will this cause an issue?
Finally changing from EVVC model to EVC after H1B approval improve my chances of approval or will it cause more complications?
