Hi Guys,
I have my interview scheduled at San Jose next week. Does the following EVL format looks good? Any suggestions are welcome. I greatly appreciate it.

This looks good. My comment it should match with your labor. so provide what is there in your labor, so that others can give suggestion based on comparing both.

Resending...Can someone please comment if EVL looks good? I would really really appreciate it :-)

Thanks!

My labor has the exact same duties as mentioned on here. I basically took that from labor itself so should be consistent.

Is start date not mentioning a problem? Its the same original employer. I did however went with another company for a while and came back to my original sponsoring one.

Since u have got it right out of the labor petition there is no problem with the duties or title. U have also said u went out and came back. Did it happen after 180 days since u applied 485 and was 140 approved then ?

Cheers

NO!
I left before I140 was approved and was much less than 180 days before I1485.

But since I am back to sponsoring employer should that be a problem?

i guess not as u can always say that this was for future employement.. But would suggest u take a attorney as well with u for your interview. For the most parts all local office officers are trained for family based cases . Hence all that they will be looking at is a employment letter and pay stubs.

Cheers
