I am assuming you that you are doing consular processing for your husband. Please follow the instructions (in interview packet/packet4) from your consulate's website to prove relationship. Of course, you will have your marriage certificate, photos. Additionally, you can show letters. You may want to make some phone calls which will show on your bill and then explain to consular officer that many more calls were made using calling cards.
