evidence for BE(as in BC/BE)

I got a RFE on I-140 for evidence for BE(BC/BE is one of the requirements in LC). Anybody in medical field knows when one finishes proper training in residency or fellowship, they are considered BE before they take the proper board exam. Unfortunately, individual board no longer defines,recognizes or uses the term BE.
Where can I get the evidence for BE?
I passed the board after I started working for our clinic. INS wants evidence that I satisfied all requirement before my current employment.

Obtain a copy of the requirements of your specialty Board to sit for exam. Attach copies of supporting documents (i.e., medical license, certificate of completion of residency/fellowship, USMLE, etc.). Send it all with the explanation.
