evidance of High School education or high school certificate

hello yall
after finishing my high school exam i got something called "statement of result" which has all the subjects that i took and results that i got in them, but didnt receive my a certificate yet(working process)
Now my question is do i really need to get the certificate, which has the same info. as the statement of result, or is the statement enough.

According to the experience using statement of result can be made if you are not able to get the certificate ..

The statement of result is fine, but you need to provide a print out of the results with a scratch card. What other education certificate have you acquired?.
