Guys,

If you’re a victim for the incompetence and laziness of the entire CIS/ FBI employee, please don’t lose this chance to bring the issue as high as you can.

When submitting a question for this person next Monday, make him aware of how destructive and damaged you’re because of him and his agency.

Please don’t miss this chance, or blame you’re self afterwards.

Regards,

Moody

I posted my question, do ask many more.

Please do post other questions maybe similiar who knows if my question will be selected or not. My posted questions are:

Dear Sir, Immigration policy is first come and first serve? am I right?. I have few question like to hear from your directly.
Q1. Why many legal immigration facing delay in name check for naturalization? Do FBI really work on every individual file for 8 hours a day for 2 or 3 years to cleared it? This seems to be not fair to those who applied long time back but still in pending whereas others get naturalized even last come.
Q2. Many immigration service benefits offer expedite process such as H1-b (by paying $1000 extra)and you get approved within 2 weeks. Why not USCIS offer expedite Name check process and charge extra fee?
Q3. INFOPASS don't provide detail status of case neither 1-800 customer service nor we are able to find detail status of case online. Don't you think USCIS should provide up to date information on case?
Q4. Like USCIS have 120 days after the interview to decide on case by law, don't you think there should also be some procedure/law that require FBI to clear name check within xxx days?

Your answer will be highly appreciated and help understand many thousand other people who want to hear your answers on these issues.

While we are all at it:

I have started drafting a petition, stating all the things that are wrong with the name check and the undue hardship its current application poses. I will post the petition to this forum next week for everybody to read.

It is my intention (living just outside of D.C.) to deliver/send the petition to USCIS HQ, the FBI HQ, DHS HQ and the House & Senate Homeland Security and Immigration Subcomittee.

Those who want to 'sign' the petition can PM me after it has been posted here. Either way, if nobody here is interested signing, I will just make this a one man show.

Yup, I am extremely upset about it right now.

Cheers!

Did anyone check the result of the "Ask White HOuse"?

Here is what the answer I got from Dr. Emilio González. I think he did not answer the question by answering the question. Actually, my question is much longer. I think they just take the most part out. Did anyone else get their question answered? I am kind of disappointed about this result.

"Jack, from CA writes:
Is name check delay by FBI really helping the national security?

Dr. Emilio González
Our top priority at USCIS continues to be preserving the integrity of the immigration system in this county. While providing accurate and responsive immigration service is of paramount importance, UISCIS does not do so at the expense of national security or public safety. To this end, USCIS conducts law enforcement checks on all applications and petitions before they are adjudicated, completing approximately 35 million background checks a year.

In addition, USCIS maintains a strict policy requiring that all law enforcement checks be resolved prior to granting an immigration benefit by obtaining necessary information from appropriate law enforcement and intelligence agencies."

Hi everybody,

Yes, the 'chat' was absolutely useless. The moderators avoid all of the hot button issues, incl. the name check fiasco.

What a bunch of overpaid, lazy and b/s talking bureaucrats! Not a single private company could operate like that and still be in business. Apparently, USCIS after all the blabla about restructuring and blowing billions of dollars into an inefficient system, still cannot live up to is regulatory and statutory requirements. Maybe it is time to outsource most of USCIS' work to a private party.

Cheers!

Yes, chat was disappointing. Name check issue was ignored and answer to question from Jack looked like "copy-paste" from NNCP web site.
