I`m just wondering that everybody it`s going to get opportunity for interview or some winners never gone be called for interview even if they number become active.

All people with active numbers should be called for interview.

yes, that's what "current" means. However, if you have an interview that doesn't mean that you get the visa... if you have your interview late in the fiscal year, and if you need a detailed background check (depends on your country, your name and other factors), it might happen that you don't get the visa before the end of September (in that case you don't get the visa).
