Could not believe my eyes when I checked status now. Called my wife gave her the good news.
The next best thing is this forum to share my happiness with all my WEB PALS.
As everybody its my time to thank Mr.Rajiv Khanna and all the administrators who are doing a great job, all the people share information and experiences here.

RFE - 8/18/03 - generated (W2s, Tax forms, Copy of all the pages of the passport as my passport submitted with the application was expired, two months pay stubs)
RFE - 9/5/03 - Received
FP2 - 11/1/03 - did early at Newark sch date 11/21/03
Approved Date - 1/23/04 (Today)
