After a long journey and exhausted waiting for over 17 months, my case is approved.

Received by INS: February 5, 2003
AD: February 18, 2003

Me and my family are regular readers of this great web site.
Rajiv Khanna is doing a great service to all of us, to share our views, feel excited, encouraged etc.

Your RFE rcvd by INS on Feb. 5th, is that the day they updated online or your track record from usps/fedex?

If it the the latter one, this will prove my earlier point that INS mostly approval a RFE case within 2 weeks of receiving.

BTW, what is your RFE about?
