And last week(friday night) it was mine... ( sorry for delay) ..
I am free now..it is relief.

Got 27 emails from CRIS/USICS for 3 members(myself/spouse/kid) with 9 messages of each approval notice sent/approved/card ordered.

Like everybody I also gone thru lot of pain to stay in USA.

Just following 4 line story

came to USA in Jan -2000 Leaving Indian Central govt. Class 1 job.
With dot com burst .. was not sure of my continutaion of job so spouse got job in Boston. I was in california and Kid was in india for 1 year .. that was really painful journy. I missed my kid for 1 year.but after months of searching got job in boston in 2001.

Time has answers for all problems..

Going ok for last several years ... everybody in boston ..

and last week we are blessed with second son i.e why delay in reply for GC approval.
it was just coincidence of GC and second son
OR
may be my kid (AMERICAN!!) do not want to stay with immigrants (indian parents) so GC came fast -

my PD was March 31 - 2001 EB3 India...

once PD become current I asked this forum about what to do they told just wait for month of june.
I have not contacted FBI or anybody for NAME CHECK. Even I called TSC only once 2-3 months back and asked them about my status after 3rd FP.
but nothing wrong in contacting as it may help to expediate your case.
