Everydog has day and today its mine. :D :D :D
Yes,its true...my 140 has been approved just now.Got 2 emails from USCIS and then checked status online...was able to read the magic words.

I was expecting an RFE as my engg is in Civil but by God's grace everything went fine.I was getting fedup with the process as the current proecssing date was about 2 months past my ND.And you know what,I changed job last fortnight...joined my client thinking I am not that lucky to get nmy 140 apporved in time.Well,I guess I was wrong.
This forum helped me in determining the current issues/problems with different memeber and sometime gave excitement seeing other people getting approved.I guess,thats what this site is for.It let you pass through the difficult times of speculation/anticipation with quite ease .

Well,here are the details

140 :EAC032415XXXX :approved : 06/17/04

485 -eac032415XXXX : waiting
765 -eac032415XXXX :approved last october
131 -eac032415XXXX :approved last october

You mentioned that you were afraid for a major mismatch. Could you please share what was writeen on your ETA 750 and why there might be a major mismatch concern? Thanks a lot.
